The principle
We collect only what is needed to sell and deliver our products, or to improve the site. Nothing is sold to third parties, and no data is used for targeted advertising.
What we collect, and why
When you create an account or place an order:
- Your name, e-mail address and phone number — to identify you, confirm the order and reach you if delivery runs into difficulty.
- Your delivery and billing addresses, along with any instructions for the courier — to deliver.
- Your order details and history — for follow-up, after-sales service and our accounts.
When you subscribe to our news: your e-mail address and the language you want to receive it in.
As you browse, unless you have opted out: anonymised traffic statistics (pages viewed, referral source, device type).
Payment
We store no card details. Online payment is handled by ABA PayWay, which collects and secures that information. We receive only a transaction reference and its status.
For cash on delivery, payment is collected by the courier on handover.
Audience measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. It is configured plainly: IP address anonymised, advertising signals disabled, no profiling.
A banner informs you on your first visit and lets you opt out in one click. Opting out stops measurement and immediately deletes any cookies already set. You can change your mind at any time through the “Audience measurement” link at the foot of the page.
Cookies involved: _ga and _ga_ followed by the site identifier, kept for no more than thirteen months.
Who processes this data for us
- Supabase — database and account hosting.
- Hostinger — site hosting.
- Mailjet — order e-mails and news delivery.
- ABA PayWay — online payment processing.
- Google Analytics — audience measurement, only if you have not opted out.
Some of these providers store data outside Cambodia. We pass your data to no other third party, except where the law requires it.
For how long
- Customer account: as long as the account exists, then three years after your last order.
- Orders and invoices: ten years, for our accounting obligations.
- News subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Unsubscribe list: kept indefinitely — it is what guarantees you will not be re-added by mistake during an import.
- Traffic statistics: thirteen months.
Your rights
You may ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to us: we reply within thirty days.
Every news e-mail carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click, without signing in.

Security
Traffic to and from the site is encrypted. Administration access is protected by a password and a one-time code sent by e-mail. Each customer’s data is partitioned: a customer can reach only their own orders and addresses.
Changes
This policy may change if our processing changes. The date it was last updated appears at the top of the page.
